Designation: HR Executive( 70% Recruitments & 30% other HR activities)
Location- Sion
Working days & time- 6 days, Mon-Sat.
Job Description:
Recruitment & Selection Process
Induction, Orientation & Joining process
Background Verification process
Statutory Compliance
Employee Referrals
Employee Engagement activities
Other HR Activities.
Education:
Any Graduate with 2-3 years relevant experience.
Experience with Retail Company will be preferred.
Desired Skills:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-starter, high level of motivation and commitment to work
Ability to operate with minimum supervision
Desire and ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a team.
Salary: As per company standards
