Responsible for posting technical jobs on job portal site.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews to client. Performing background and reference checks.
Coordinating with client regarding the job requirement
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the client
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Recruiter Requirements:
Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Must have experience in IT recruitments
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Should be ok to travel if required.
