HR Executive (Recruitment)
· Interviewing and screening candidates for various job positions in the Organization
· Responsible for recruitment, induction and training
· To keep a repository of shortlisted candidates and maintain bench strength
· To ensure productivity of the team is maintained through diligent KRA / KPI monitoring and reporting
· Design and implement HR policies and procedures
· Good communication and training skills
· Motivator and good inter-personnel skills
Requirements:
· Good network of sourcing candidates through various social media platforms and job portals
· Excellent understanding of filtering the right candidate for the position
· Should be able to implement HR policies and procedures across the Organization from time to time
· Good PR skills
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
· Attention to detail.
KRA:
· Ensure bench strength is maintained for sales and other specified positions
· Keep a repository of shortlisted candidates for each of the position
· Ensure designing, drafting and timely implementation and effective communication of HR policies
· Ensure trainings are done frequent enough for effective implementation
· Ensure timely and complete joining and onboarding formalities are done
· Ensure minimum attrition of employees in co-ordination with the TL / Department Head
