Job Responsibilities:
Job Posting: Draft and post engaging job descriptions on various job portals and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
CV Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who match the job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to facilitate the selection process.
Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth offer acceptance process.
Onboarding Support: Oversee and assist in the onboarding process to ensure that new hires complete all necessary paperwork and join the company seamlessly.
Joining Confirmation: Confirm candidates' acceptance and ensure they join as per the agreed schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
