Profile is 80% Recruitment & 20% Operations
Conducting initial round of telephonic interviews for the candidates.
Floating requirements on job portals and coordinate for interviews with Hiring Managers.
Salary negotiations and closing positions.
Completing on boarding formalities.
Rolling out offer, appointment letter or any other HR related documents.
MIS Reporting.
Planning & Coordinating for Employee Engagement Activities.
Required Skills :
Excellent Communication Skills
Hands on exp on recruitment tools.
Willing to work in fast pace environment.
Well versed with Microsoft office, google drive, zoom meet etc.
Email Drafting must.
Target Oriented.
