Co-ordinating with bank for Account Opening of employees & for salary transfers.

Salary Comparison & negotiation
*
Preparation of Salary Structure, Keeping the track for expected joinees.
*
Issuing Experience & Relieving letter.
*
Interacting and coordinating with the line managers for their manpower requirement and budgets.
*
Carrying out the complete recruitment cycle.
*
Sourcing candidate from Job Portal (Naukri) free portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, References, Walk-ins. networking, internal referrals.
*
Conducting first round of HR and coordination with concerned person for final round of interview.
*
Prepare offer and appointment letters
*
Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees.
*
Collecting mandatory documents from candidates.
*
Maintain database & updating Excel and ATS daily
*
Sending monthly reports to payroll department about, new recruits,
*
Dealing with employees joining formalities by issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Certificates, etc.
