JOB DETAILS
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates through various sources (naukri portal, linked in, indeed job)
2. Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
3. Conducting telephonic & Personal Interview of the candidate. Coordinating with the candidates by giving them the full information about the job profile as well as the company's profile.
4. Salary negotiation and offer letter send after selection.
5. Maintaining regular contacts with selected candidates during pre-employment for the date for joining formalities to be completed at the time of joining.
6. Preparing weekly report based on recruitment status.
7. Maintain database of all profiles for future requirement.
Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Other benefits:
1. 1 paid leave per month in probation period and 2 paid leaves per month after probation period.
2. All Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturday will be off.
3. Other 15-20 holidays in a year.
4. 3 Lacs Mediclaim.
