Have excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
ü Target driven and capability of hiring huge numbers.
ü Good understanding of availability of talent pool for the required skills.
ü LinkedIn and Networking through various forums .
ü Understanding the client's requirement and matching the profile of the candidates as per the client's requirement and short listing the candidate from various sources in case of niche requirements.
ü Organize and conduct Walk-ins as per the requirement of the clients.
ü Follow-up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by keeping them engage.
ü Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.
ü Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements. Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process .
