Roles and Responsibilities :
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Coordinate in Campus recruitment & lateral hiring activities
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills & experience
Ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees
Desired Candidate Profile :
Any graduate (Male Candidate)
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Empathetic and understanding
Computer literacy(MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
