Immediate hiring for HR Executive / IT Recruiter. Email: hr@mobisoftlabs.com
Role & responsibilities
Perform resume searches on external databases (e.g. Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, etc).
Build networks to find qualified candidates.
Screening / Short-listing of resumes, Lining up further interview screening.
Closing positions within the defined turn around time and as per defined requirements.
Doing follow up with the shortlisted candidates w.r.t. CTC negotiation, joining date etc.
Joining formalities, employment verification and documentation.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checks.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in hiring Junior Level, Mid Level or Higher Level IT professionals.
Should possess good knowledge of HR recruitment processes and policies.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree will work.
Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people.
