JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter Specialist to join our Human Resources department and manage our full-cycle in-house recruiting.
1.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2.Determine selection criteria
3.Should be able to meet the required target.
4.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social platforms and professional networks)
5.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
6.Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
7.Should be comfortable with Bpo & IT Software hiring.
