1.Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle
2. Sourcing and Screening Candidates as per the desired Skill sets from Job Portals, LinkedIn, References/Social Media.
3. Bulk Hiring and Lateral Hiring, Campus Hiring
4. Maintaining Daily Database and Preparing MIS Reports
5. Coordination with Internal Panel Heads/Managers
6. Interested into Campus Hiring and Vendor Management.
7. Ambitious, Hard Working and Enthusiastic about learning with good Communication Skills
