Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database and/ or through head hunting
Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyze the recruitment status, etc.
Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails.
Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle.
Coordinate with manager and make sure positions closed on time.
Conducting Background Verification and onboarding for employees
Coordinate for travel stay etc.
Execution of well-planned induction programs
Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies
Other Generalist activities.
