• Handle full cycle of Recruitments from sourcing of candidates through in-house
database, using portals, referrals.
• Handle first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for
attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
• Formulate interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their
joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
• Schedule & coordinate interviews. Consistently following up with candidates.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each position.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using
newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses;
verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with
managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Keep your candidates in the loop.
• Devise and carry out a targeted recruitment process for various position s hiring.
• Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

We at Raudra Technocrats Private Limited work on the 3Cs of Consistent Quality,
Commitment and Cost Competitiveness” and these have been the backbone of our
company and gardened utmost “trust” for our works and projects in the minds of our

We are having 6 groups of companies, and we are dealing in only government projects on
Pan India. majorly work we are having in "Raudra Technocrats Pvt Ltd" which includes oil
and gas pipeline projects of BPCL (Maharashtra), Rain water harvesting projects (Gujarat),
infrastructure and refinery projects of IOCL and so many upcoming projects are in line up.
Our second main company is RT ETI Environment Pvt Ltd., which works in road safety
engineering, and we have just completed one pilot project in Himachal Pradesh and soon
starting in Pan India. We are also planning to start manufacturing units of the same.
It is has been our constant endeavor to create the right atmosphere for execution of all
