HR Job Responsibilities
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR departments budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Tracking daily staff activity
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

Since then our primary focus has been upon constructions works (i.e Road, Bridge & Buildings) with various services related to MEP, civil construction, Bridge works and Road works.
