Job description Job Profile: Designation Senior Executive – HR Experience - minimum 3 year in Talent acquisition Location – Rajkot, Gujarat Roles and Responsibilities Support in the implementation of the organization’s recruitment activities as per the business plan. Execution of recruitment plan covering sourcing, vendor coordination, recruitment events, and candidate management processes. Effective use of various talent sources like referrals, social media, consultants, etc. including job portals within the Group through timely posting and collaboration with peers across Group organizations on possible hiring opportunities. Enables reduction of TATs through this route and save recruitment cost. Keep abreast with the market trends and competitor practices to ensure up-to-date recruitment processes Build business cases to support exceptions to hiring in conjunction with the business. Seek faster, better methods and sources to identify and bring the best available talent into the organization at efficient costs to enable a competitive advantage Share feedback from the market/ candidate interactions with the larger HR team Work with the Group HR team to implement young talent management initiatives for engineering and management trainees Execute the best-in-class recruitment process to create a great employment experience for the candidates and contribute to Employer Brand building Employee On boarding Management & Operations Coordinate with external vendors to initiate employee pre-employment medical check-ups, and background verification process and plan a smooth onboarding experience for the new hires. Ensure all aspects of new employee assimilation such as induction and hygiene parameters [infrastructure] related to the job, introduction to the team and all employee facilities, etc. from the date of joining Set up mechanisms for regular feedback from and touch points with new employees, to monitor assimilation and identify early warning signs of disengagement/ attrition risk. Highlight concern cases to jointly identify ways to remedy the situation in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that all documentation with regard to recruitment is in order and in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements. Accurate preparation of necessary MIS with regard to Recruitment and on boarding and circulation of the same to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Enable the use of available recruitment systems to automate recruitment metrics and capture data/information effectively. Capture the market intelligence like competitors’ talent strata, available talent pool, salary, etc. for all the positions and build the data for key decision making. Skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving or Analysis skills. Should be Accurate and responsible Personality: Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense Efficient, effective, and organized in both the physical and digital words Modestly confident and also personable, good-humored and trustworthy Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.
