Job description
Handle & manage end to end Recruitment function as per defined process.
Responsible for end to end joining process for new joined.
Keep a track of all HR related documents and prepare excel for record.
Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work towards building effective systems, processes & policy to track, manage & record attendance & leave records of the employees.
Prepare & maintain various HR related MIS report.
Responsible for Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
Responsible for execution of HR Policies and Systems within organization
Responsible for maintaining healthy work environment within organization
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, maintaining records.
Responsible for Employee Retention or Employee Exit process
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
Ensure proper implementation and smooth functioning of the HR framework and policies.
Responsible for Other miscellaneous task or activity assign by Management.
Requirement:
Good communication skills
Proven work experience in IT recruitment and strong on sourcing
Should be responsible for maintaining employee documentation work.
Expert level of maintain reports in MS Excel
