Roles and Responsibilities
Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day to day HR Activities, including filing of monthly, annual and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic trainings, maintaining attendance and other HR records.
Payroll Management and Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
(Bonus, Gratuity).Personnel and AdministrationEngagement of Contract Labors in the organization and registering with Inspector of Factories.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
