Must have hands on experience on Advance Resedex search and BOOLEAN SEARCH on Naurki.
END To END Recruitment cycle: Salary Negotiation, lineup of candidates for interviews, Follow Up (Pre & Post Joining).
Handing complete Payroll & Time Office activities (Attendance, Salary Management, leave management, Etc.).
Prepare Payroll related reports Employee life cycle Activities Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer, Full and Final Management with complete documentation responsibility.
Managing Training Calendar and Update Training records Zero payroll errors no Delay.
Will do welfare and employee engagement activities.
Will work closely to minimize Attrition Rate (Preparation of Weekly Manpower Analysis and Attrition analysis Reports) and reach employee satisfaction level.
Will handle complete HR responsibilities and Management for daily Admin Work related to day to day activities.
Coordinate with senior for all routine queries and issues and all functions.
Induction and orientation sessions for new Joinee.
Grievance Handling (Inter Departmental related to PF, Shift timings, travel policy, CTC etc.).
The candidate should have worked on HRMS Software (Mandatory).
