Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an HR cum 1st Level Counselor. This dual-role position requires a professional who can efficiently handle human resource responsibilities while also engaging with prospective students interested in studying in Germany. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee performance reviews.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assist in the development of career progression plans.
1st Level Counselor Duties:
Student Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospective students who express interest in studying in Germany.
Provide information about different courses and universities in Germany.
Document Evaluation:
Assist students in gathering and evaluating their educational documents.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for the application process.
Information Sessions:
Conduct informational sessions to explain the application process, course details, and university options.
Answer students' questions regarding studying in Germany.
Sales and Conversion:
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
Promote the company’s services and highlight the benefits of studying in Germany through our programs.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads from various sources, including educational institutes, seminars, and digital marketing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with associates to generate more referrals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR and/or student counseling is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM systems, HR software, and basic office applications.
Knowledge of the German education system is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
