Roles and Responsibilities.
Candidate must have experience into end to end Recruitment/technical Recruitment/ BPO Hiring/ Travel and tourism hiring.
Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Facbook, LinkedIn, Indeed e.t.c)collecting requirement from the manager.
Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
Desired Candidate Profile recruitment, head hunting, talent acquisition, head hunting excellent Communication Skills and Learning Attitude.
Knowledge about Recruitment coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
