Roles and Responsibilities :-
Sr. HR Executive :-
Job Role : HRMS/ HRIS, HR Dashboard, MIS, Data validation and HR Operations.
Experience :- 3 to 5
Responsibilities:-
Should have experience in handling HRMS software ( Onboarding to Exit).
Should have experience and knowledge in analytics.
Will be responsible for dashboards making, MIS reports generating and updating as and when required.
Will be solely responsible for database for entire HR Ops team.
Will have to maintain database for audits which would be published weekly, half monthly and monthly.
Candidate with Payroll processing and compliance will be an advantage
HR Executive :-
Job Role : Employee attendance management, Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Experience :- 1 to 3
Responsibilities:-
Should have experience in payroll (end to end) .
Will be responsible for MIS .
Will be responsible for HR operation activities.
