We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3 to 4years of recruitment experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new hires, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. A versatile professional with a broad understanding of human resources principles and practices, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of the HR department. Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top-tier talent are essential for success in this role. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and changes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the IT sector's recruitment landscape. Build and maintain a strong network within the IT community. Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Employee Relations/ Employee Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Facilitate conflict resolution and foster positive employee relations. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Organize and coordinate employee events and activities. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees. HR Data Management: Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management. Generate HR reports and metrics as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
