Job description
Role & responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist in conducting initial screenings and coordinating with hiring managers for further evaluations.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing and distributing salary slips, managing employee records, and updating databases.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in calculations.
Provide support in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and policies.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
Preferred candidate profile :
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related tasks, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
