Job description Tunwal E-motors is a manufacturer of Electric Scooters. The company has 2 manufacturing sites in India, 1 in Pune and other in Sikar district in Rajasthan. The company is currently selling its products in 14 states in India. The company wants to hire an HR Executive who will report to the General Manager of the company. This position will be based in the Sarasbagh, Pune office of the company. The HR Executive will be expected to deliver high quality and time-bound results in the following areas. 1. Hiring a. Write job descriptions for different positions in consultation with the hiring managers and post job requirements for open headcount on job portals b. Review CVs received against open positions c. Conduct first round recruitment interviews and provide inputs to the next round of interviewers. d. Issue job offer and appointment letters to selected candidates e. Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers 2. Induction and Onboarding a. Complete joining formalities of new joiners and induct them into the company b. Assist with new joiners onboarding and transition them to their respective departments c. Prepare and disburse new joiners confirmation letters once they complete their probation and become confirmed employees of the company. 3. HR Operations a. Maintain Personnel files of all members (employees, contractors, consultants and interns) such as their Information forms, offer letters, appointment letters, documents submitted at the time of joining, compensation, health, medical insurance, performance management records, title/pay revision etc. b. Update the “Master HR Data file” of the company with latest information on each member. c. Create and communicate the organization's HR policies. Ensure employee compliance. d. Handle employee insurance matters e. In consultation with company’s management, prepare and disburse relevant HR letters / documents / certificates to employees as per their requirement f. Issue salary increment letters, promotion letters, internal transfer letters to employees g. Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them 4. Payroll related a. Manage employee attendance and submit monthly leave data to the Accounts team for salary payment. b. Prepare salary statement working with the Accounts team c. Work with Department Managers and Heads of Functions to compute variable pay for employees as applicable, and submit the data to the Accounts team. d. Prepare leave encashment / rollover for employees as per the prevailing policy e. Handle full and final settlement of leaving employees 5. Employee Relations: a. Regularly update the internal communication channels like the Intranet within the company. Communicate any policy changes to the employees. b. Conduct welfare activities / events for employees c. Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand their motivation / engagement level in the organization d. Resolve employee queries / grievances or queries e. Escalate grievances to the right level depending on their nature 6. Statutory compliance a. Ensure that the company is fully compliant with the prevailing labour laws. Liaise with the relevant government departments to ensure adherence to the prevailing employment / labour laws. b. Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour laws and record information as per defined SLAs c. Manage PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc. for employees 7. HR Analytics a.
