Torinit is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Human Resources Executive. It will be a versatile role that contributes to the overall HR function, providing support to both employees and management in various aspects of human resources. They will manage key HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compliance, training, and performance management Roles and Responsibilities- Pre on boarding Handling Confidentiality Documents, Offer Letters and any other relevant documents Conducting Background Verifications Constant Connects with offered candidates prior to their official onboarding Onboarding Conducting Inductions - Outlining team structures, roles, and responsibilities. Providing training on the specific job role, including job responsibilities, expectations, and performance metrics Aligning new team members to respective projects Offboarding Coordinating with respective stakeholders for exits of employees Conducting Exit interviews and reviewing, sharing the feedback with the management Carrying out documentations for exited team members Policies Enforcement Bi annual conducting of POSH trainings Stay updated with latest developments to add onto the Employee handbooks Reinforcing cultural standards, practices already in place within the organization Routine Activities Handling Team Members grievances Coordination with Team members for ad hoc requests pertaining to leaves, insurance, reimbursements etc Coordination for Birthdays and anniversary presents Coordination Canadian Team for ad hoc requests Performance Management Coordinating with Reporting Managers for conducting PIP Programs Crafting, structuring PIP Plans & Letter of performance Following up for feedbacks, execution plans and final verdicts External Stakeholder Management Management of external agencies including recruitment,headhunting and legal agencies Understanding their scope of work, coordinating for NDAs and MSAs Clearing stakeholders invoices on a monthly basis Payroll and Reimbursements Salaries, Tax Compliances and Reimbursements every month Financial settlements of exited employees Investment and taxation declarations Employee Trainings Coordinating with internal stakeholders to conduct regular training sessions Plan & Publishing Training calendars Coordinating with external stakeholders for Learning and Development sessions Employee Engagement Activities Organizing Town Halls, Cultural events on a regular basis Organizing Events i.e. Holiday Parties, Festival celebrations Coordinating with external stakeholders Attributes Highly ethical and culturally sensitive to the employees needs Extroverted, Confident personality A genuine passion for solving problems Maintains strong people connect Highly organized and great at prioritizing tasks Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and create clarity Takes accountability and ownership for the work Team-player Preferred Qualifications Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in human resource Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as an HR Generalist in an IT Company Experience as a Human Resources Professional in a fast paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
