ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations Should able to handle End to End Recruitment Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources , head hunting and references Screening profiles according to the job specifications Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding. Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements. Ensuring training certification is done as per norms Induction , Full and final Settlement Prepare HR letters/ documents Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, Monthly challans Knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity Payroll Process, preparing salary slips Employee Engagement Maintain training records, training needs and facilitate further employee training Maintain /Update Leave Record Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets Excellent communication skills. Superior Communication and Interaction skills Demonstrated management presentation abilities Strong Inter- personnel and negotiation skills Should be able to work independent NOTE: HR PRACTICAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED to HR Freshers / Non-HRs DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Excellent Job opportunity for Graduates / Postgraduate any pass out year Freshers & Experienced from any domain can apply.
