Job Description We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company recruitment, learning and development and employee performance programs. Responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments Responsibilities Recruitment (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn portals). Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Joining formalities create mail ids, documents from the new joinee, providing computer and hardware accessories Issue Offer, Agreement, Confirmation, Experience and Relieving letters to employees. Maintain an excel sheet for salary for all employees every month. Maintain the new joinee files, records and all required documents. Maintain a leave record of all employees. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Monitor HR departments budget Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Check Attendance and Late marks. Administration. Facility Management. Human Resource Planning. Vendor Management. Requirements Proven work experience as an HR Executive, Experience with full-cycle recruiting Demonstrable leadership abilities Solid communication skills At least 1 year working experience in the HR field.
