Objective:
This position is responsible for development and analysis of HR data to support organizations understanding of critical HR KPIs such as headcount, turnover, time to fill, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organization skills, experience in report writing in HRIS and provides an exceptional experience for the candidates and business leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data and analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, etc.
Working with HR leadership support in development of policies and activities to improve the organizational efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, and other employee management software.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Work independently
Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
Education and Experience:
Post-graduation in Human resources preferred or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics.
Qualification Graduation in any discipline. Post-graduation in Human resources preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry (especially capital goods) preferred
