Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
The HR Officer will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
- Support in the development of performance improvement plans as necessary.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle documentation related to leaves, attendance, and other HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing relevant training programs.
- Promote employee development and career growth opportunities.
6. Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
- Support in the preparation and submission of required reports to relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
