Conduct first screening interviews.
Arranging selection tests/ interview rounds as required.
Issue the offer letter.
Shortlisting, negotiating and finalizing the Job consultant/Job portal.
Induction and Joining
Completing joining formalities of new joiners.
Conducting background check.
Conducting HR induction training.
Updating the employee personal records and files.
Leave Management. Maintaining leave records of all the employees.
Keep track on time and Attendance of all the employees.
Performance Management System
Maintain records for the performance appraisal process.
Documentation of appraisal process.
Carrying out employee s confirmation process/ increment/promotion related activities.
Separation Process
Ensuring that all exit formalities are complete.
Employee Motivation
Carrying out activities to improve employees management interaction like get-together, informal meetings.
Initiating coordinating fun activities for the team members.
Looking after employee s welfare activities.
Handling the process for Recognition Retention.
