Position Title: HR Executive
Company Location: Chakan, Pune
Educational Qualification : MBA-HR or Masters in HR
Experience (in years): 2 - 3.5 Years
Notice period: less than 1 month , immediate joiner will be preferred
Nature of Experience:
Proven experience as an HR admin & relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint Presentation
Exposure to LMS/e-learning platform
Role and Responsibilities :
Training Needs Analysis:
Identifying training and development from performance management system
Liaising with the functional heads to identify training programs as per the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) requirements
Training Management:
Managing the delivery of training and development programs
Ensuring that statutory and regulatory training requirements are met
Evaluating training and development program
Amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
Helping managers and trainers solve specific problems either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Induction & Orientation:
Schedule and coordination for induction & orientation program
Feedback analysis & action plans on Induction program
Employee Engagement
Planning, promotion & Execution of Engagement activities
Execution of Rewards & Recognition meetings
MIS & Audits
Management of Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking training hours
Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting and Audits
Vendor Management:
Identification of new training vendors as per training needs
End to end closure of invoice & payment
Behavioral Competencies:
Positive attitude & Keen to learn new things
Passion for experimentation & ideation
Ownership & accountability and drive for results.
