Job description
Design and update job descriptions
End-to-end in-house recruitment.
Source potential candidates from various platforms
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Coordinating with the candidates.
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
Quick learner and ready to learn new things
BBA (HR) Required, MBA (HR) preferable an appropriate field of study.
Should be comfortable working independently, and in a team environment, as required.
High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential.
Must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple search requests based on resource needs.
Ability to complete work projects with speed and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines.
Nice to have technical skills and knowledge of MS Office.
