Job description
Responsibilities :
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicantsabilities.
Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions etc.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, Relieving and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Employee Relationship Activities.
Training and Development Activities.
Leaves and Attendance Management.
Skill Set :
Hands on exposure on various job portals
Excellent and fluent Englishspeaking skills
Leave and Attendance management
Multitasking
Quick decision-making skills
Ability to meet deadlines for talent acquisition
Ability to work as an individual as well as team.
