Roles and Responsibilities
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Forming and maintaining employee records.
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company hiring, training & administration.
Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
to make sure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organization
Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Willing to work from the office.
Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Commercial awareness
Effective organizational skills
Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
Teamwork skills
Interpersonal skills
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
