Job description
1. Candidate Experience:
Manage the entire candidate experience and journey post offer acceptance to onboarding as seamless and effortless as possible
Ensure the right touch base calls are scheduled with the hiring managers, business/department leaders that can help keep the candidate warm and keen to join Hansen
Raise RAG indicators based on connects to ensure queries/concerns/guidance are effectively managed and handled
Playing a pivotal role in candidate conversion to employee and taking all possible measures to see this is achieved
2. Onboarding:
Ensuring pre and onboarding process is managed to welcome a new entrant into the organization
Providing the right touch points and connects so that the orientation creates a sense of belonging
