Roles and Responsibilities
Keep abreast with company policies and tax legislations that impact on remuneration.
Responsible for the coordination between payroll and human resources, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and overtime claims
Process payroll weekly, file all payroll taxes and forms monthly, quarterly and yearly as required by Federal and State laws.
Maintain a proper document control system.
Made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization.
Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly.
Must be well versed with Spine Software.
