Job description
Ensure manpower is provided as per customer schedule
Recruitment of contractual workmen considering process requirement
Ensure shop floor related disciplinary concerns address on time
Ensure admin related services are functioning as per desired standard
Monitor & maintain attendance of contractual employees including trainees
Ensure daily reports (attendance / wage cost) is monitored and maintained
Ensure contractual wages related activities on timely basis
Ensure properfunctioning of time office activities
Ensure housekeeping is maintained & monitored
Support in plant events / customer visit activities
Any other task entrusted from time to time
