Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
-Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
-Coordinating with managers for the closure of the position.
-Email follow up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
-Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Recruitment - Telephonic and F2F Interview Induction of New Employees and Joining Formality -
-Organizing important events of the organization.
-Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
-Keep track of employee performance
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Performance Management , Appraisal
- Learning ,Skill Development & Engagement Management
- Payroll Management
