Job description
What Will You Do
Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management exercise.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates and any other HR operations data
Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions, and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.
Assist in Talent Acquisition requirements as per needs
Office maintenance activities and regular audit activities
Assist in ad-hoc strategic HR projects
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
At least 4-5 years and above of related working experience in human resource administration supporting organisation with small or mid staff population is essential.
Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
Knowledge of local Indian Labour Laws and basic understanding of tools like Excel, PPT Google tools is a must.
