Roles and Responsibilities:
HRMS
Prepare salary annexure, maintain KYC documents and IT Declarations.
Payroll
Processing error-free salary for all location
Earning & Deduction checking.
Statutory and Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal company policies.
Arrears and increment calculation.
Minimum wage calculation whenever there is a change in min wage.
Statutory Compliances - PF, PT, ESIC, LWF understanding.
Annual, Monthly, quarterly return filing and applicable MIS
Keep information about changes and the latest amendments related to compliance and other changes if there are any.
Policies and procedures related to compliance activity.
TDS
Computing TDS on salaries & Explaining tax liabilities to employees.
Monitoring Investment declaration forms and verifying with original proofs.
Collating and uploading investment declarations in payroll software.
Generating form 16.
Full & Final Settlement
Manage F&F settlement of employees leaving the service of the company.
Ensure timely settlement and release of F&F.
HR payroll and compliance reports
Maintain MIS report related to payroll and statutory Compliances.
External and Internal Audit
Provide timely data to external and internal auditors as per their requirements.
Assistance to external and internal auditors.
Should have knowledge about PF/ESIC inspection and provide the data as per their requirement.
