Conduct induction for new Joiners
Draft and manage communication for the on boarding process for new joiners
Conducting surveys, collecting & analysing feedback from new joiners to improve the experience.
Manage employee grievances related to on boarding.
Manage and collect the required documents and complete joining formalities.
Maintain and update the MIS records and HRMS tool
Responsible for PAN India campus recruitments
Co-ordinating with Placement Officers for campus drives.
Visiting Colleges & Job fairs PAN India & conducting Pre placement presentations, Group discussions & Personal Interviews.
Building relationship with College TPOs/Directors/representatives
Managing social media handles for recruitment
Creating Content posters for social media recruitment.
