Responsibilities :
Maintain employee personal files and employee data
Coordinate & arrange for employee engagement activities
HR file management, HR reports, HR Documentation and Employee relations activities
Experience in any HRMS
Adhere to policies and regulations
Experience is employee grievance management
Qualifications | Experience
Candidate should have good communication skills written & verbal
Excellent in planning and interpersonal skills
Zeal to learn new things & implementing the same and multi-tasking.
Proficient in MS-Office suite, Problem Solving and Team Player.
Education and Training
MBA/Any relevant degree into Human Resources.
