Job Description: -
We are looking for an HR Executive skilled in IT recruitment and other related HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment processes
Gather requirements from the technical team
Define job descriptions
Manage job posts on job portals
Source and screen candidates
Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Engage with candidates using through multiple communication channels
Coordinate interviews
Manage the recruitment database
Track and report on open positions, recruitment pipeline status, and candidate status
Manage campus recruitment, walk-ins, and consultancies
Manage onboarding process
Coordinate performance management activities
Conduct other HR administration and operations activities such as Employee data management, leave management, employee engagement, offboarding.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
Experience in using job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats such as phone, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Able to promote employer brand, attract the best professionals and reduce our time-to-hire
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of payroll
Experience in handling employee engagement activities
Experience in other HR processes such as operations, offboarding.
