Job Responsibilities
Responsible for screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and personal referrals as per the requirements.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with panel, candidates, managers etc. Conducting first round of telephonic Interviews (non-technical).
Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle in the company by co-ordination with candidates and technical team to ensure the entire interview process is done effectively.
Responsible for handling employees joining to exit formalities, Inductions, Daily Attendance Leave Management, Maintaining employees personal records etc.
Responsible for keeping eye on the Interviews /Shortlisting and joining of the offered candidates and making candidates joining formalities smooth.
Responsible for Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and drive it independently.
Responsible for negotiating salaries/rate with candidates and negotiating pay rates with subcontracting companies.
Responsible for co-ordination with the client for employee on boarding and monthly invoicing.
Responsible for performing daily administration tasks various procurement.
Travel Arrangements, Repairs Maintenance. Housekeeping Vendor Management.
Qualification : Any Graduate
