Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication.
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and best practices.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.
Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare HR reports as required.
