Job description
Having Urgent requirement of HR Executive with immediate joining.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment: Screening of the candidates & to taking first round of interview with General Manager.
Providing Orientation, Induction training to new recruits.
Preparation & maintaining employees personal record.
Maintaining of all records, registers, files related to appointments.
To sign-in new entrant in the Biometric machine & payroll software and allot a new code number after updating the master file with his / her personal details.
Input of staff data for new entrants, and updating changes in Employee Master Salary Data.
To prepare list of new employees due for Induction, informing the departments and tracking their attendance.
Attendance Management.
To generate Long Absenteeism Report of & taking necessary actions.
Training and Development To Schedule functional training of employees and their development.
Performance Appraisals: Form preparation, distribution & collection & assistance in appraisal process.
To prepare Police Verification reports, and submission to Police Authorities,
Attrition and Joining analysis etc. as per NABH requirement and forward to Quality Assurance Department.
NABH activities (Training Calendar, Satisfaction survey Feedback, etc.)
Supervising and monitoring Payroll.
To track confirmation, review of staff and to prepare recommendation formats for presenting to respective HODs.
Disciplinary actions: Late comers, Absent without intimation, misconduct, violation of rules and regulations of the Centre.
Legal Compliances.
Motivational activities (Rewards and policies).
Grievance Handling.
To track resignations and initiate necessary steps.
Exit Interview analysis.
Full and Final settlements.
To complete exit formalities of left employees.
Deactivation of left employees from system at a proper time.
Any other business which fits into the similar category as and when the Management require.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in HR, PGDBM, MBS in HR
Minimum 1 year experience
Having Healthcare experience is add on point
