Job description
We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Executive / Manager with experience of 4+ years in manufacturing industry from pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry who is able to work in factory location. (Bavla)
Responsibilities:
(a) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
(b) To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
(c) Manage the end to end recruitment process
(d) Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
(e) Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
(f) Nurture a positive working environment
(g) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
(h) Maintain pay plan and benefits program
(i) Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
(j) Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
(k) Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Required skill:
(a) Proven working experience as HR Manager or Executive
(b) People oriented and results driven
(c) Knowledge of HR systems and databases
(d) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
(e) Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
