JOB DETAILS
1. Design and implement the recruitment strategy, collaborate with department managers and identify future hiring needs
2. Develop job descriptions and place job postings on forums, newspapers, college campuses, etc.
3. Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
4. Act as a point of contact and build an influential relationship with candidates & promote PaperTrue's reputation as a great place to work
5. Screen candidates' resumes and conduct interviews within defined timelines, get new employees onboard and induct them into the system
6. Handle the employee lifecycle (interview, onboarding, & off-boarding) and manage campus placements
7. Manage confirmation of employment of all employees on probation after a formal interview
8. Work on engagement activities/birthdays/work anniversaries and monthly activities to keep the workplace interesting
9. Organize training sessions based on the training needs of various teams
10. Ensure good employee relations, understand issues, and resolve them satisfactorily
11. Maintain employee database/update exit, promotion, confirmation, appraisal, etc.
12. Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports (in MS Excel) to managers
