Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager Profile”
You need to manage all the HR responsibilities from entry to exit of any employee
Employee welfare activities
Employee rewards and recognition
Employee attendance, issues and trainings
Office activities like vendors and office decorum
Need to search and interact with investors
Digital Media activities for Organization growth
Recruit candidates (Hire the right employees)
Currently we have 35 employees, we are planning hire more
Mainly in Sales and Development, we need candidates
Once you finish the hiring then you need to maintain these employees
Conduct disciplinary actions
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective on boarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Basically, we are planning to hire someone, who can manage the over all operations regarding HR department and work like as a head.
